The massage was lovely, but felt like I was cut short of time. My appointment was 10am, I got called in at 10:04, when she took me to the room and told me to get undressed into just my underwear I explained I only had a rope and swimsuit on so won’t take me long. She then came back into the 5 minutes later so treatment started at 10:09. She then finished the massage at 10:52 which was 3 minutes earlier than it should have been, so feel like I’ve lost nearly 15 minutes of treatment. Like I said the message was lovely and very relaxing but felt like I did miss out a little with the time.

Had the most wonderful experience today at The spa at Lakeside Park Isle of Wight .my son gave me a wonderful treat for my birthday The staff was so friendly and so helpful and the facilities were excellent and the young lady who gave me my treatment today was wonderful. Totally recommend anybody who wants a wonderful experience to try the spa at Lakeside wooden Isle of Wight.

Lovely massage, peaceful surroundings and professional staff member

Enjoyed a relaxing three hours in the pool, jacuzzis and saunas. All clean and well presented. Well worth it.

Massage was amazing although it seemed short time-wise. Would be helpful when booking to add to the confirmation email that early arrival is advised to get full time for massage. I presume arriving at time of appt eats into length of time for massage, but I wasnt aware of this beforehand.

Lovely lunch in the Brasserie. The spa was very busy but enjoyable still.

We had a one night stay voucher. It included dinner, bed and breakfast and a massage and spa access. The spa was lovely, the massages were amazing! The dinner was great and the breakfast buffet the next day was lovely too. Both myself and my partner had a lovely time.just what we needed to relax.

We chose a TPIW voucher offer. For a twilight spa session to include a £25 credit towards a meal in the Brasserie afterwards. Every part of the Thermal Spa was working perfectly and very clean. The hairdryers in the changing rooms were excellent and very powerful. All the staff were very friendly and attentive and the meal and dessert were delicious, fresh and lovely and hot. We had a great time. Highly recommended.
