Hayley did my nails today and I have never been in and out of the salon so fast! I booked a BIAB refill with 4 broken nails that needed repair - she removed my old BIAB, added tips to my broken nails and did a full set in 35 minutes which is the fastest and one of the best quality i’ve received

I brought my cat, Rosie, here today and had a really great experience. Ben and the staff were very gentle, patient, and caring, which made me feel comfortable leaving Rosie in their hands. The flea and tick treatment was done thoroughly, and the grooming (lion cut, wash, and nail trim) looks perfect. Rosie came back clean, fresh, and calm. I also appreciate the discounts, which made the service more affordable for me. Thank you, Ben and team, for taking such good care of Rosie! Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again.

Great place. Staff are very friendly. Cute set up. Miko had matted fur underneath. They trimmed his underneath fur short and scissor cut the rest to half the length. He looks beautiful. Very happy. A cafe close by, where you can sit and chill and have a coffee and sandwhich while you wait.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the service! My cat had the full de-shedding package (wash, gentle dry, nail trim, eyes and ears cleaning, plus a thorough de-shedding brush) and the results were amazing. My cat came home calm, clean, and incredibly soft, with noticeably less shedding straight away. The groomer was so patient and gentle, which really put me at ease as my cat can be a little sensitive. You can tell they genuinely care about the comfort and wellbeing of the cats they work with. Everything was done professionally.

it was my cat’s first grooming experience and they were very patient and gentle with her! my cat smells nice and her paw pads and nails are nicely trimmed. the staff were also really kind and knowledgable, answering any questions we had, which gave us the reassurance that our cat would be in good hands :))
