Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Triple AAA! As usual!!! Amanda and the rest of the girls are fantastic! They are all meticulous in their work! Their nail art is amazing. I got an aqua blue today but I watched others getting beautiful deigns! Beautifully redesigned decor! Very clean, beautiful comfy chairs! Always coming back!

Hanna is so sweet and super fantastic. I loved watching her sit and chat with my eight year old and respectful discuss her nail art choices, making her little fruit nail dreams come true. I highly recommend her.

This was my first FLO experience but I'll be back - the vibe was chill, everyone was so friendly, and my mani/pedi is gorgeous! I felt really welcomed and loved how Mara took the colours I requested and made some bold and summery nail art for me. Thanks for the excellent service!

I have to say this was a great experience, when I walked in I was given a piece of cake and a rose, I only got a pedicure with polish, but the girl who did my service was very sweet and gentle when placing my feet down after the moisturizer, I don’t go to the salon very often but this makes me want to go every week

Amazing experience getting brows shaped, very thoughtful approach to styling. Mariia considered the irregularities in the brows and did her best to make them as perfect as possible. Don’t think twice, just book. The best experience in Hamilton.

Ayla is a lovely human and very open and friendly. My pedicure looks lovely and I’ve received many compliments. However, my hand massage ended up being only 7 minutes and needed to be more intentional. The Nail Hotel has a lot of potential in their business model, but it needs to be clearly advertised that drinks and specialty coffees are only available when their 1 staff member with smart serve is working. This business was specifically chosen for today for the “experience”. Owners should also reflect on their seating as they are not designed for relaxation…for either pedicures or massages.
