I received an energy drip at the Cupping Clinic in Bolton from Miss Saima, who was absolutely wonderful,kind, professional, and an excellent host. She even offered my mother a free cup of tea and provided her with a prayer mat. The atmosphere at the clinic was calm, peaceful, and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

Won't let anyone other than Jamie near my face with a needle. Jamie is amazing and so compassionate during treatment. I've been attending Synergy for several years for botox and non-surgical rhinoplasty. I recommend the clinic to anyone wanting treatment. The rest of the staff are lovely and the clinic is pristine.

Donna is great! Been looking for mole removal for years and could never find anyone decent. But after Donna was recommended I went and what a cracking experience. So friendly, so knowledgeable, talked me through everything and constantly checked I was ok, I got a midway sweet 🤣 and when it was done I left with some great aftercare advice and a pot of goodness to apply to the area. 2nd PRP treatment for the hair with Francesca. As befoee, 110%, numerous bottles of liquid gold (plasma) extracted and then injected into my scalp -which I was very grateful for! 😍 Lots of attention to detail too, including extra microneedling where Francesca thought it might benefit a little more! So glad I came across FacesbyFrancesca- tried PRP in the past with others but not like this level of detail! Will keep going! Update: - Little hairs visibly seen and growing - condition of hair seems healthier too. - hair feels a little more volumised when freshly washed.

First visit to the salon and was pleasantly surprised as I was vey nervous and felt out of place but Charlene & her mum made me feel at ease and I was thrilled with micro blading experience!? Love my new eyebrows. Was made to feel welcomed and comfortable and she was easy talk too, will be going back for other treatments and would highly recommend.
