Olha does an amazing massage every time, I felt so relaxed afterwards, just wanted to stay where I was all evening, but also I really feel the benefits of the massage over the next few weeks, it really helps maintain muscle health, as well as helping my wellbeing on the day.

Brilliant. Demi was really thorough and explained everything. The head massage was so relaxing and helped with neck tension. Can’t wait to book again.

Lewis was really friendly and attentive to my needs. Got a thorough massage working all my tight areas and gave me some tips on what do my resolve some of my issues. The service was relaxed and made sure that throughout the session it wasn't too much. I have already booked another session for a couple of weeks!

I had an excellent sports massage session. Tom was professional, attentive, and quickly identified the areas of tension I’d been struggling with. His technique was both effective and relaxing, and I noticed a significant improvement in my neck and shoulder mobility right after the session. Tom also shared helpful tips for stretching and posture to prevent future discomfort. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgeable sports massage therapist.

Post AT Surgery week one later. Archillies tendon lengthening surgey one week ago , So left ankle surgery leaving my right calf and tendon massively overtight due to compensating for my left not functioning and being on two crutches, basically walking in big circles . Much needed relief needed here and very well recieved from the very talented Katie from The Bolton Clinic.

I received an energy drip at the Cupping Clinic in Bolton from Miss Saima, who was absolutely wonderful,kind, professional, and an excellent host. She even offered my mother a free cup of tea and provided her with a prayer mat. The atmosphere at the clinic was calm, peaceful, and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Mrs Shirley Hewitt Stiff Neck for over 12 months lots of pain and sleepless nights. , now gone after 3 treatmants with the delightful Katie at the Bolton Clinic. Today was my first visit to Catherine. I had a lovely relaxing lymphatic drainage massage and reflexology. Catherine was friendly and professional and explained what the treatment consisted of & what I could expect afterwards.She advised me re aftercare for best results and I left feeling totally relaxed and de stressed. I will be back in a couple of weeks.
