It was my first time coming here and initially I was nervous for what I had booked but I was totally put at ease and I felt really comfortable. I was told what my next steps could be , given really efficient aftercare and felt like I was in safe hands and I was even was booked in for a follow up which I really appreciate. Such a good experience as always. Skin feels amazing

2nd PRP treatment for the hair with Francesca. As befoee, 110%, numerous bottles of liquid gold (plasma) extracted and then injected into my scalp -which I was very grateful for! 😍 Lots of attention to detail too, including extra microneedling where Francesca thought it might benefit a little more! So glad I came across FacesbyFrancesca- tried PRP in the past with others but not like this level of detail! Will keep going! Update: - Little hairs visibly seen and growing - condition of hair seems healthier too. - hair feels a little more volumised when freshly washed.

So friendly, and put my worries to rest by explain everything clearly. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I had booked to have lip fillers. Charley pointed out I had migration and she wouldn't be happy to put filler on top of migration,as I wouldn't be happy with the results and it was morally wrong. After being informed of the best way forward, I got my lips dissolved and am looking forward to getting filler back soon. Very professional and informative. They really do want the best for their clients and I am so thankful.

I have been to Jasmin a good few times now for b12 injections , the full package facial and also Botox , I highly recommend everything she does she goes above and beyond for her clients and really does put me at ease as she knows I’m so scared of needles , always absoultly made up with results

This is probably the best clinic in Bolton. I am a qualified nurse myself, so knew what i needed to look for. It’s beautiful, clean, friendly and welcoming. Then there is Karen, who made me feel relaxed immediately, and is a true professional. Please remember if you are having any Aesthetics treatments done, go to a qualified registered person who will be honest and deliver excellent care. What a lovely experience! I came today to get my eyebrows done (which are amazing) such a relaxing atmosphere, cosy room and Donna is lovely, she makes you feel comfortable. I am currently struggling with post acne marks & Donna educated me a lot today on best treatments etc to help this. I am going back to Donna tomorrow for my microneedling & I can’t wait x

I’ve had tear trough filler and 2 lip filler sessions. Wouldn’t go to anybody else. Results are always amazing and he’s so lovely.

The receptionist is a lovely friendly lady. Karen is so professional and caring. I went for prophilo injections. I hand a small area of infection under my nose. Karen could have just given me the injections and taken my money. Instead she gave me a prescription for anti virals. Lots of advice and deferred my appointment.

The lady was lovely. I feel so much better after the massage and facial. Thank you
