I have just had further facial and neck treatment undertaken by Karen which went really good as always. She makes you feel very welcome and completes the treatment very efficiently and effectively,she has a nice manner with her which makes you feel at ease whilst she is busy completing the treatment. What can I say? Shell is an absolute star. Third treatment of fibroblast. Have to be honest, it is a bit stingy, but Shell is a professional: she talks to you to take your mind off the treatment. Felt it only took 5 minutes! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Delighted to see her. Thank you.
