Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Walked out the salon with tears of happiness and was just wowed. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Diane x

Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

Today was my first treatment with Sam - which was micro-needling after discussing options at a previous free consultation. Sam is a lovely, friendly person, I felt very comfortable and at ease. She explained the process of the procedure and aftercare very simply but thoroughly. I so am looking forward to my next appointment & future treatment. I totally recommend this lovely lady 😀

Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service.
