Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

First time having micro-needling today, Hannah was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable as I was slightly nervous, she was really informative and gave me some great advice for my skin I felt so relaxed during my treatment and really enjoyed the whole experience, I’ve already booked my next session and cannot wait, I know the results will be amazing as Hannah really knows her stuff, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin apart from Hannah 😍

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I’ve been seeing Hannah since September of last year, ever since moving to a different city i needed to find my go to person, and I haven't looked back! I've been getting HydraFacials and microneedling treatments, and I can honestly say she's amazing. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. My skin has massively improved ever since going to her!
