I've been seeing Sam for a while now, probably about 2 years! I always look forward to my appointments, it's really like visiting a friend. I've had lip filler, Botox, skin boosters, lash extensions, and lash lift & tint over that time. If I'm ever interested in a new treatment, Sam goes through everything and answers all my questions, and is so passionate about what she does. 100% recommend

Hannah is absolutely brilliant at what she does! I had Botox in three areas and was fantastic, no messing around just got on with the treatment but still super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Would highly recommend her! There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

Bernice is incredibly professional yet warm in her approach to the treatments she provides. Having had the same filler previously I truly feel that the care and time taken to explain everything was wonderful! I felt safe and my results were instant. I’ve been visiting Kyomi now since 2020 (the part where we were allowed). From skin peels to laser hair removal, she’s my woman! The consultation was excellent. It was clear that Dr. Buraimoh was knowledgeable as she answered my questions. I felt she thoroughly understood what I wanted to achieve. I felt reassured that she had the qualifications and expertise to carry out the procedure. She was able to advise me regarding which treatment was best for me.

I visited lels beauty room and I can’t fault her work at all. It’s such a relaxing environment and her facials are so calming. My skin was glowing when I left the salon so I would highly recommend !

Went for a facial, eyebrow wax and eyebrow and eyelash tint. Wow what can I say my eyebrows finally look how I’ve always wanted them to Lilly has done a fantastic job never had my eyebrows how I wanted them thank you Lilly I love them. Now the tint was amazing can really notice the difference Lilly also listened to what colour I wanted them and achieved it so happy. The facial was the best facial I’ve ever had Lilly really took her time and the treatment was amazing. Felt so relaxed during and after the treatment Lilly is a lovely lady and felt very comfortable with her

Again kyomi explained the whole treament i had done step by step im excited to see the results I had the fusion facial would highly recommend this lady be having treatment with kyomi fir around 4 years now

Hannah was fab, she explained the procedure and the procedure went well and a lot quicker than I anticipated. I was pleased with the result. I had poly nucleotides injection under my eyes for the dark circles and a combi brow semi permanent make up treatment. I’ll definitely be going back to Hannah for further treatments.

Lilly is absolutely amazing she pays so much attention to detail and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have been getting microdermabrasions for years and when my last beautician left it was a struggle finding a new one I could trust my skin with. On the first visit I knew I’d be back, I was made to feel relaxed and was given a response to all my questions. After looking at the difference in my skin this definitely got a five star rating from me. I have also tried other treatment by Lilly and all have been perfect so I have and would always recommend her to everyone.

First time having a skin booster today. Sam explained the process, answered my queries and concerns and checked I was okay throughout the treatment. Very friendly and definitely recommend 😀

Just had my second peel today. Kyomi is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She really understands what my skin needs, and after trying other treatments elsewhere with little success, I've finally seen real results and have confidence they'll only get better. Highly recommend.
