Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

First time having micro-needling today, Hannah was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable as I was slightly nervous, she was really informative and gave me some great advice for my skin I felt so relaxed during my treatment and really enjoyed the whole experience, I’ve already booked my next session and cannot wait, I know the results will be amazing as Hannah really knows her stuff, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin apart from Hannah 😍

I’ve been seeing Hannah since September of last year, ever since moving to a different city i needed to find my go to person, and I haven't looked back! Thank you, Lilly, for my amazing microneedling session today! My skin already feels incredible, and I was genuinely shocked at how glowy my face looked after just one treatment. Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I absolutely love my appointments with Hannah. She is a pleasure to be around, she is always honest with me and makes me feel at ease despite me hating needles being in my face! I had the 24K Gold Ultimate Winter Deluxe at Seasonal Glo’ and honestly it was the perfect self-care day. Every detail was spot on, the heated bed, the hot stones, the herbal tea, it all helped de-stress me so much. I also had a Hollywood wax, which just made the whole day feel like a proper pamper treat. Charnel is genuinely so attentive and makes me feel like an absolute Queen every single time I go.
