The therapist was professional, friendly, and really knew what she was doing. She worked out all my tension and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and like a new person. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had — I’ll 100% be coming back and recommending it to friends!

Amazing and Very Professional. Lilly went through the whole process of what I needed to do, she ensured that I was very comfortable. Lilly talked throughout to make the experience as relaxing as possible, constantly checking if I was ok and the massage was good. Definitely a recommendation for other people.

The Autumn massage and facial bundle was great value for money. My body feels rejuvenated and my skin feels fresh! And as usual, Charnel provided a relaxing experience.

Another amazing massage. Tension had built up in my muscles because it had been a bit longer than I’d wanted it to be since my last massage, so it was great to feel the relief again finally. Lilly did a great job and I will definitely take up her recommendation for more regular visits otherwise the tension will only worsen.

It was an amazing massage and as someone who likes the pressure quite firm, Lilly was able to accommodate that for me. I really struggle with tension in my back and she was really able to loosen it up and it felt so much better afterwards. Definitely going to start coming regularly.

I booked a birthday massage for my mother who has just turned 87. Charnel did a fantastic job and my mom felt absolutley fantastic afterwards. As always, Charnel is professional, understanding and incredibly knowledgable.
