I had my first waxing and eyebrow appointment with Preet, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so warm, friendly, and professional, and immediately helped put me at ease. Even though I've had waxing done many times before, I still get quite nervous, but Preet made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her technique was excellent, and it was one of the most painless waxing experiences I've ever had. She was very thorough and constantly made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
