I had a French gel manicure done today by Airi, and it was excellent! She was thorough and offered me options and various colour options and nail shape types, and she ensured both hands matched! I have never had such attention paid to my hands, and it was worth it. 10 out of 10!

Fantastic nail service and gel fills. Exceptionally priced for the value. My daughter and I were able to get two manicures, a regular polish and my gel fill for less than my regular salon in Nanaimo.

Had an appointment with Anne but she was busy and Maria was available. I should have specified that I had an appointment and it was for a regular pedicure but instead I got a shellac pedicure, unbeknownst to me since I've never had one before. Now I know and Maria did a really good job. I do like that the nail polish is smooth as opposed to gritty.

Great Gel pedicure. However this is the first time I have ever been charged for removal of past gel! Other salons I have visited do not charge for removal when you are having polish reapplied. This is nothing to do with the technician who did a great job and was very personable, but I am not happy with the salon’s choice to charge for removal! To me that is part of the pedicure which costs enough as it is

Pedicure was relaxing. Manicure was nice. Nails look amazing. This was the first time in year's getting my nails down. Only downside is I get anxiety when the staff whisper not in English, it makes me think they are talking about me.

Kotone was incredibly skilled and efficient—her attention to detail really showed in my beautiful white sparkle gel manicure! On top of that, she was so kind and easy to talk to. I also loved getting the chance to practice my Japanese with her. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time to get a gel manicure that I’m always pleased with but today I brought my daughter in law for a pedicure . The pedicure was very good but we both asked for clear polish. It looked clear going on but now it’s turned a lilac color. It’s quite pretty but not what we expected. I also wish the lady who did mine spoke a little English , we had to communicate by signs. However she did a good job.

Great gel manicure and husband had a pedicure which he loves and the comfy chair. This salon is cheaper than other places I’ve tried but they do a fantastic job and all staff are very friendly.Did make appointments and they were on time . Will definitely make this our go to spa

Nail tech was lovely, and did a good job, they just didn't soak my nails before cuticle removal so it was a bit painful.

Great manicure with Ivy!

Roujina is a lovely person and her work is excellent. I've never had my gel manicures last as long as when she's done them. I will only go to her as long as I'm in the area. Even when I move to Chilliwack, I'm coming back to Port Moody for Inlet Nail Studio and Roujina!! 🥰

Fantastic - whipped in for a quick shellac polish change and I am super happy!

The nail tech was very gentle and did a great job shaping my nails and removing my gel polish! Would come back to get a mani/pedi done :)
