I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Today was my first 30 minute session of electrolysis with Nilima, and I had the white hairs on my face done and I was very happy with the results. We had about 8 minutes left till the end of the session so Nilima decided to use that time to get some of the white hairs on the side of my head as I am also going to have electrolysis treatment done on my head. Thank you once again and I will see you for my 1 hour session on Thursday 🙏

I felt comfortable and relaxed and everything was explained to me in detail so I understood what was going to happen. I visited Dear Nail for the first time and had BIAB on my hands and a spa pedicure with gel. The salon was clean, modern, and very inviting. Kelly was fantastic—she took her time shaping my nails and gave special attention to my cuticles, which made a big difference. The pedicure was just as relaxing and thorough. Amazing manicure! Beautiful and done with so much care. Only thing is the pedicure, I wish it was longer and more time taken to take off the dead skin, the nails in the pedicure were great, just would love a proper pedicure chair! Amazing ladies! Thank you 🤍
