It was very nice. Dakota is a nice girl, but seemed nervous and fairly new at doing mani pedi's. Very sweet and kind. I'm sure she will get much more confident as she goes along. It's always difficult when you are at a new job. keep up the good work Dakota. See you in the new year.

Best nail salon in Hamilton. I love the confidence and workmanship of both stylists. My natural nails have never looked so healthy and their style recommendations never fail to look stunning. Highly recommend!

I had such a relaxing and wonderful experience getting a manicure and pedicure at Elva. The salon was clean, well-organized, and appreciated how sanitary everything was,. My technician - Maddon was incredibly skilled and attentive—she took her time to give me one of the most thorough cuticle treatments I’ve ever had.

It was my first time here, and my first time getting a wax treatment. My shellac nails like look great, and Sandy was very responsive to how I wanted my nails shaped. I am a little disappointed that after a Luxe manicure, I still have dry spots on my hands: the webbing between my thumb and fingers, and under my rings, which both of us forgot that I should take off before the treatment. Also, I seem to have shellac stuck to the pad of my right index finger (I remember my finger sticking to something when I lifted it from the bottom of the UV dryer at one point)...how do I get this spot off?

I had a shellac mani/pedi done on a promo and the service I received was great. Place was clean, staff was friendly and nice. And my hands and feet look and feel great. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful! Clean and Oppulent! Saily does a great job, they all do, and everybody’s so friendly, offer you tea, coffee, cocoa! They are quick too! No more sitting around for almost three hours to get my mani/pedi! I’m outta there in 1.5 hours! Love it!
