My hair stylist was very professional and great at listening to my needs. His highly skilled techniques plus the use of quality products resulted in a fantastic hair cut, blow wave and colour for under $200. I liked the way he also applied a complimentary hydrating hair product after rinsing the colour resulting silky smooth hair. I also loved the cappuccino even though it was served in a disposable cup. Excellent value for inner Melbourne.

Can't believe I only just discovered this gem. Great location and comfortable waiting and treatment rooms. Staff were friendly and engaging as well as very profession al. Treatments were very successful - loving the lashes and brows, thanks Rachel. I would recommend to anyone looking for beauty therapy services in the area (or anyone who can catch the tram there!)

By far the best lash extension service I've ever had. Very professional service. The communication was great regarding which style you wanted and they had prepared examples to show you how each style may look against your eye before you chose. Amazing, precise and neat application. Great isolation, great placement, not too much glue used. The retention was amazing. The booking system is great with Khloe. Consistent results each time. Great relaxing space and Khloe is friendly. I have since moved away from Melbourne. Highly recommend

I had the most wonderful experience with my French manicure and pedicure the Master did such a beautiful job! I highly recommend all the ladies out there to try Russian nails here. Having had them done in Russia for the past six years, I can confidently say I’ve finally found the real deal in Melbourne. Since discovering this place, I haven’t gone anywhere else — it’s truly my go-to. you’ll never be disappointed. Absolutely the best mani pedi I’ve ever had! Niki is so meticulous, always checking to be sure you are comfortable and did an exceptional job. She really knows her art and has a zillion colors to choose from. She uses quality products and sends you home with the files and buffers she uses to ensure top notch hygiene standards. can’t wait to go back!!

Best hairdresser in Melbourne!! Jay is an absolute delight and his skills are off the charts. He never tries to ‘sell’ unnecessary treatments and gives wonderful advice re styling & colour. I live in the UK, but always come back to Jay and Claire when in the City for my 3 month stays. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to HNail ever since I moved to Melbourne two years ago, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! Their attention to detail, warm service, and consistently perfect results have completely spoiled me. Nothing compares! My mani lasts longest here, and natural nails undamaged because they take such good care of my nails and cuticles!

Best service in the Melbourne area without doubt. Service meaning the professionalism of staff and the creativity they bring to their work.
