Lovely experience with Muryem for lashes yesterday. Not only was she ok with me arriving early she very kindly added on an eyebrow tidy up/threading since I’d forgotten to add it to my booking. I also saw some fantastic cut and colour customers there too.

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

I’m so pleased I chose to have the Hifu procedure. Natalie explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was a bit painful in places but only for split second then it was gone. I felt a little bit tender in my jaw for an hour after but it was well worth it. I woke up this morning and was blown away when I looked in the mirror! two days after the procedure and my skin has tightened considerably around my jawline and cheek bones, the fine line around my eyes are nearly gone. I can’t wait to see how it’s going to look in 6 weeks.

I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! The whole experience was very relaxing, Lorenza was very professional as always. I will definitely be back! :) xx

Stasey is a hair goddess! 🫶She'll work her magic on your hair and make you feel like a total superstar (When it comes to my hair, there's only one person I trust: Stacey!)! First of all the salon looks stunning (Kardashian vibes 😜), everyone is so welcoming and lovely. Lucie did absolute wonders to my dry grown out hair I feel like a whole new person she nailed everything from the colour to cut, thank you so much and you definitely have a got a regular now 😁 Also this salon is hijabi friendly, Lucie made me feel so comfortable. despite being held up due to traffic from London, the team at Beauty enhanced still managed to get all of my treatment done. At one point, the salon had been closed and the three therapists finished my treatment together. Amazing service, excellent team work and my nails and eyebrows look fantastic

Karina is brilliant, what a skilled lady. I was a bit apprehensive before going as I haven’t had lash extensions before but I’m love them. I’ve been smiling all day as feel pretty without the need to wear any makeup !
