The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Lovely experience with Muryem for lashes yesterday. Not only was she ok with me arriving early she very kindly added on an eyebrow tidy up/threading since I’d forgotten to add it to my booking. I also saw some fantastic cut and colour customers there too.

I had such a great experience at this Rachel Katie Cosmetics. Bronwyn is absolutely amazing — so professional, talented, and friendly. She really takes the time to listen and makes you feel completely at ease. The results are beautiful and natural, and I couldn’t be happier. Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

Great experience. I had my nails done by Violet who’s training to do BIAB. She was really professional and great at checking in to make sure I was happy with everything, her work was overseen by Cara who was giving advice if needed. Violet did a great job.

I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

The most amazing hair salon in Southampton! Stasey is a hair goddess! 🫶She'll work her magic on your hair and make you feel like a total superstar (When it comes to my hair, there's only one person I trust: Stacey!)! The atmosphere is so luxurious and posh - you'll never want to leave! Don't take my word for it though, you need to experience it for yourself and prepare to be completely WOW-ed! ✨😊

First of all the salon looks stunning (Kardashian vibes 😜), everyone is so welcoming and lovely. Lucie did absolute wonders to my dry grown out hair I feel like a whole new person she nailed everything from the colour to cut, thank you so much and you definitely have a got a regular now 😁 Also this salon is hijabi friendly, Lucie made me feel so comfortable. Honestly could not recommend this salon enough, Stacey has brought an absolute gem to Southampton by making this salon 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! The whole experience was very relaxing, Lorenza was very professional as always. I will definitely be back! :) xx

As always, super pleased with my eyelashes done by Karina today. She also took the time to download a playlist for me to my phone for me to listen to whilst I’m on the beach on my holiday.😍 she’s an absolute angel that always goes above and beyond to make all her clients feel very special. Karina is brilliant, what a skilled lady. I was a bit apprehensive before going as I haven’t had lash extensions before but I’m love them. I’ve been smiling all day as feel pretty without the need to wear any makeup !

despite being held up due to traffic from London, the team at Beauty enhanced still managed to get all of my treatment done. At one point, the salon had been closed and the three therapists finished my treatment together. Amazing service, excellent team work and my nails and eyebrows look fantastic

As someone who never wears makeup and never does anything out of my norm I get anxious about having any kind of treatment that may change my usual appearance. I had my eyebrows shaped by Amelia today and came out very happy. She listened to what I wanted and consulted with me before doing anything drastic. I couldn't be happier with my eyebrows or the way I was treated whilst in the salon. Was a super comfy and very pleasant treatment. Thank you Amelia
