Lovely experience with Muryem for lashes yesterday. Not only was she ok with me arriving early she very kindly added on an eyebrow tidy up/threading since I’d forgotten to add it to my booking. I also saw some fantastic cut and colour customers there too.

Edina is so welcoming and does such a good job. I have been visiting perfect pear for the last 8 months and I would never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in other places in Southampton, but never here. Appointments never run behind, staff are lovely and it’s clean and my wax is always perfect.

Booked in to have my hair dyed and cut: walked out with a typically wonderful cut, blow-dry and dye, plus eyebrows threaded and dyed too! Over the moon with all treatments - Yuksel really is a very attentive individual, one who knows her trade incredibly well. Never enough praise. Thanks.

Jordana is honestly the best. I never tend to return to the same place but ive been going here consistently for over a year now and will happily continue to travel to Southampton for this. The facials are great, I feel I'm actually getting my money's worth rather than paying someone £££ to apply some cream to my face - my skin has improved lots with Jordana and she gives great advice. The travel stories and the laughs are also a massive bonus!

Staff were very friendly, and Jordana was great. I booked in for a leg wax but my growth wasn't long enough and she waived the fee, really appreciated as that was entirely my error! Eyebrow and lip wax was very quick, I've had it done in the past where they had to go over the same place multiple times but this was just bosh bosh done!!!

I spent 3 hours having a perm , eyebrows threaded & tinted and top lip waxed , it was one of my best 3 hours in a salon . ..ever and I’m 67 ! The owner and her daughter were professional , knowledgeable, friendly and I felt very confident that they understood my needs . Everything was done in a timely way and they were in full control I had never had a perm before and I absolutely Love the result ! I had no hesitation to rebook for a 6 week trim and beauty treatment My eyebrows look good too ! The salon is welcoming, clean fresh and I felt comfortable immediately in the surroundings.

I had a great experience today at Bita. I came in with long curly hair and got a nice short cut with bangs. The hairdresser was lovely and also offered me coffee and a snack. I don't know much about hair but she taught me how to blow-dry it and what product to use to avoid fuzzy hair at the top. I also got eyebrows threaded, wasn't painful. Will come back!

Amazing!! I had a previous bad experience with a different salon so I was a bit apprehensive about coming in for the service. Jordana made me feel comfortable and was very reassuring; she did an amazing job! Wasn’t as painful as I thought, and great results!

It was my first visit and I'm really happy with my hair. Eve is lovely and made me feel at ease. She asked what my hair goals were and provided lots of tips and advice for how to look after it myself at home. Also had a lovely head massage as part of the washing process. I'll definitely be back

Having Afro coily hair, I feel reassured that I have found a curly hair specialist within Southampton that has experience with Afro coils hair. She knows how to define my curls and give my hair the care and treatment that it needs. It is a safe space and Eve provides a trusting environment.

Great waxing experience, quick and not as painful as I expected. Do fully recommend coming for a great waxing experience.
