I was so nervous, and having a phobia of needles doesn't help, but Becky and Shannon really do make you feel at ease. They explain everything before starting. Would highly recommend I'm so glad to have found the beauty of aesthetics.

It was amazing, my son is autistic and hates having his hair cut but Lee was so patient and understanding, she was brilliant with him and he ended up being really calm and actually let her cut his hair, have already booked the next appointment and can’t wait to go back thank you Lee xxx

I always have the most memorable experience with Alex at Vida Hair and Beauty Romford! He’s attentive, calm, and so easy to talk to. Every time I have a haircut, he cuts off exactly the amount I want, and my hair always feels so soft, shiny, and healthy after. Alex is incredibly skilled at what he does, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend him – he’s the best! Looking forward to returning again soon. :) Manvia

Had in house teeth whitening system today through Wowcher brilliant results and was made to feel very comfortable friendly professional lady explained every step! 👍 I would highly recommend 👍 my teeth have gone up a few shades in one sitting, I used sensitive tooth paste for couple days prior and after and I do not have any sensitivity! … Just a little tip I did go to the dentist couple weeks prior my visit to check my teeth and gums are in good condition. This lady absolutely saved my day today. After a very bad experience in another salon my hair was a mess. Megan was incredibly kind,caring and knows her stuff about her. Walked in with tears and she corrected my hair and my god she is AMAZING!!! This lady needs to be appraised for her knowledge & patience. Such a lovely lady who helped me. My hair was so messed up after a colour. She applied a toner with great passion and my hair looks fabulous. Next time I will be going with her Thankyou Megan X

Becky & Shannon are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcome with their friendly & warm personalities, but they’re also SO professional & skilled at what they do. I ALWAYS look forward to our little chats and the friendly gossip while they work. They take the time to explain EVERYTHING, reassure you throughout the treatment, & make sure you feel completely calm & comfortable. I come every month for a facial, & it’s always such a relaxing & enjoyable experience. I couldn’t recommend them more, they truly make every appointment feel special!

Lee is an amazingly patient woman who is wonderful at cutting my autistic son’s hair. Haven’t found anyone in Romford that has managed to do it without him having a meltdown. Will definitely be recommending her salon to anyone.

Overall really pleased with the experience and outcome. I think directions to the clinic could be clearer and a little bit more information on what to expect (i.e. the gum protection warming up). The dentist was friendly and communicated well. The whitening worked well a d lighted my teeth several shades and bit too birght. Perhaps a helpful leaflet about what to do what not to do and what to expect after would be helpful

George totally nailed my curly hair, and I look fantastic. He's a true artist, and I highly recommend him for an awesome haircut!

I had a great experience. Excellent service from start to finish. They spent a lot of time talking me through everything and reassuring me about the process. It was clear they genuinely care about their clients and want to make sure you feel informed and supported every step of the way. Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and ensured the party ran really smoothly. The nails and make up were done well and the children enjoyed the experience. Definitely would recommend it

Had Alex today who has returned back and always good, and wants to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Only disappointing thing, prices have increased, so not sure how much I will be able to continue to use them. But all staff are excellent in this salon

We had such a lovely experience at this hair salon. Lee was incredibly careful and friendly throughout the whole appointment. She really went out of her way to make my child feel comfortable, which made such a difference. She was quick. The salon itself is clean, warm, and very welcoming for children—there were plenty of toys, and she even put a video on a tablet to help keep him relaxed and happy. Most importantly, his haircut turned out amazing! We’re so pleased with the result. Thank you, Lee—we’ll definitely be coming back 😊

Such a lovely mother and daughter duo, always so friendly and jolly. They make you feel completely comfortable and welcome every time, and their customer service really goes above and beyond. I’m so happy I’ve found my go-to place.

Ionela did my eyebrows for the 2nd time today. She is the meaning of Eyebrow Artist and once again exucuted her talent beyond my expectations. Every hair that shouldn't be there was gone. The shape was beautiful and the tint was natural. I felt truly pampered. She is my Queen of Eyebrow Technician.

My visit was really good. Ellie has done a great job with my hair and always had Lee check it at certain points. Ellie will make a great hairdresser once qualified. I will definitely go back to Ellie when the time comes. I would recommend this hair dressers.

I had a lemon bottle treatment today that I’ve had before at a different clinic and wow what an eye opener. Today I was asked to fill out a few forms regarding myself , health, any concerns and I consented. Then numbing cream was applied and the area was mark up ready for entry point of product I was very very impressed because the previous time I had ( AGAIN I WILL STATE AT A DIFFERENT CLINIC ) the product was just injected and off I went. I cannot express how impressed I was with the service, explanation and treatments today and I will be sure to return for more treatments. Thank you ladies

Super straight forward and excellent results, the tech explained everything as she went and was quick to respond if there was any pain whatsoever. Provided with great aftercare and gum soothing toothpaste to go home. Bought a two visit voucher off Groupon and will definitely be back in a couple months for a touch up.
