My nail technician, Emily, deserves a special mention as she is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I visit for a manicure and pedicure, Emily exceeds my expectations. Alina was amiable. She was really helpful since it was my first time to have my lashes done. The place was wonderful tho she was still organising as she just recently moved to her new shop. I really love my lashes and brows and she really did take her time to make it perfect. Her hands are pretty soft and not leaning so much on my head which one thing I liked the most. Overall, the service and the ambiance of the shop is awesome.

Honestly, the best lash experience I've had. Lynna took her tim to make sure she really understood how I wanted my lashes to look. I'm 53 and wanted very natural looking lashes and she did them so well! Most people didn't notice, which is what I wanted. I barely needed infills after 2 1/2 weeks and somehow, she made them better than before. She ordered brown lashes for me and really wanted to make sure she was giving me the look I wanted. I would absolutely recommend her, whichever type of lash you want, as she makes sure before she starts exactly what you want. 6 stars

Friendly yet professional beautician made me feel at ease gave helpful advice & tips too, the facilities were organised and clean and the treatment was comfortable, precise and all done within a good time frame also. I would definitely recommend this salon as I too will use them again it was well worth the travel from the other side of London zone 5!

I’ve been going to Raigan for a year now for my brow lamis and LVLs, and she nails it every single time. They always look so good – my last LVL even lasted 12 weeks! She is the brow and lash QUEEN 👑 I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes and brows.

Would highly recommend all the girls at HG. They are are lash/brow perfectionists. Lashes are long lasting with never a lash out of place. Brows are always spot on. Always warmly welcomed 😁
