Honestly the best , I tried the lymphatic drainage massage I have never left a massage so relaxed, Nicola explained the whole process as very different from what normal a massage is but worth it felt amazing at the end.

This was exactly what I needed. A gentler form of a sports massage but with all the luxuries and relaxation of a spa massage but with the added benefit of a trained physio. I have a shoulder injury and Emma could feel my issues and worked on them and loosened the muscles and relieved some tension whilst being mindful of the pain I'm in. By the time I left, the pain had eased and I could use my shoulder a lot more and felt so relaxed. Absolutely knows her stuff and I can't rate highly enough. I'll definitely be back. After training and preparing over the last few months for the Chorley 10k run. I went to see Nicola for a pre race maintenance massage this morning. Nicola explained the reason she worked on my back and legs and is really knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t praise Nicola highly enough and I will definitely be recommending her to family and friends.
