I was initially a bit apprehensive about trying out Supthara since I'm used to getting my massages done in a traditional spa setting, and I'd never been here before. However, oh my god, this place is hands down the best massage I have ever had, even beating out expensive 5-star spas! The masseurs were incredible. Parminder was very attentive and professional. I had a deep tissue massage for 90 mins and it was one of the best massages ever. I already feel lighter. He explained some of the issues in my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. I would 100% recommend

Really great massage . Hidden gem of a place . The premises are clean , fresh smelling and welcoming.the room was clean and noise free . The massage table was heated . The massage lady was FANTASTIC. Relaxing , thorough massage really excellent. Will go again

I’ve had the pleasure of using Jzenn for various treatments as she instantly makes you feel at ease and is exceptional with what she does. On this occasion I had a sports massage for my legs following an increase in training. Jenn was very in tune and intuitive as to what my body needed and tailored my treatment accordingly, as well as offering an abundance of knowledge and advice throughout! Thank you as always!

I had an amazing facial and back massage with Jenni today! I left feeling so relaxed and much lighter ,it honestly felt like all the tension I’d been carrying just melted away. Jenni has such a calm, caring energy and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole treatment. She’s very professional, everything was spotless, and you can tell she genuinely cares about both safety and her clients’ wellbeing. I felt so good afterward that I’ve already booked my next visit! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for real relaxation and great care.

Such a pleasant experience (3rd occasion). After my third lymphatic drainage massage, I have started to feel the difference. Also, the massages are excellent, just the right amount of 'pressure'. Parminder is a gentle masseur who definitely has the gift.

I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

I'm noticing a bounce/lightness when walking. I don't think it's just because of the massage action on my soles. There's a noticeable looser feeling in my hips so that there's less stiffness when I'm moving. Hadn't realised how tight the area was. I can't believe how quick the effect is.
