a beautiful experience with Jo. she does a thorough consult before the treatment begins and every session is completely tailored to your needs. she is experienced and knowledgeable and her room is warm and inviting, just like her! after the most gorgeous massage and reflexology, i walked away on a cloud feeling like a different human, as if i’d had a weekend away and not a couple of hours. thank you Jo, you are truly magic!

I was initially a bit apprehensive about trying out Supthara since I'm used to getting my massages done in a traditional spa setting, and I'd never been here before. Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

I had a massage for 2 hours at south Woodford with adalet she was so good very experienced I had a really bad back so much better now she always makes me feel comfortable really enjoyed it

I have been visiting Adalet & The Holistic Therapy Rooms for around 10 years. It is a warm & welcoming space & Adalet is the most wonderful therapist. I leave feeling relaxed. Massages, reflexology, reiki 🥰

I had an amazing facial and back massage with Jenni today! I left feeling so relaxed and much lighter ,it honestly felt like all the tension I’d been carrying just melted away. Jenni has such a calm, caring energy and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole treatment. She’s very professional, everything was spotless, and you can tell she genuinely cares about both safety and her clients’ wellbeing. I felt so good afterward that I’ve already booked my next visit!
