Sarah is great. Personally, I like a firm, hard massage, and Sarah's fingers are strong! She is so knowledgeable about natural therapies and the impact of particular massage on your biology. I love going to her for reflexology and deep tissue body massage. Her space is peaceful, clean and professional. She's brilliant!

I'm obsessed with Jeanette. She's a truly gifted therapist. I had a Swedish massage and she ironed out all the stubborn tension in my shoulders. I have also had two lymphatic drainage massages with her which is an AMAZING treatment -- so relaxing -- and it has done wonders for bloating and general appearance of my skin. There are no miracle treatm, but if you do all the things we're supposed to (good sleep, diets, hydration, exercise, and consistent skin care) then you get more out of it. Wild Beauty is really spoiling us now. My problem is how to juggle all these treatments :)

I was initially a bit apprehensive about trying out Supthara since I'm used to getting my massages done in a traditional spa setting, and I'd never been here before. Such an amazing experience. Staff are so nice and accommodating. Had a massage from Jeanette - slept so peacefully that night. I felt so relaxed and refreshed. I’ve had the pleasure of using Jzenn for various treatments as she instantly makes you feel at ease and is exceptional with what she does. On this occasion I had a sports massage for my legs following an increase in training. Jenn was very in tune and intuitive as to what my body needed and tailored my treatment accordingly, as well as offering an abundance of knowledge and advice throughout! Thank you as always!

I had an amazing facial and back massage with Jenni today! I left feeling so relaxed and much lighter ,it honestly felt like all the tension I’d been carrying just melted away. Jenni has such a calm, caring energy and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole treatment. She’s very professional, everything was spotless, and you can tell she genuinely cares about both safety and her clients’ wellbeing. I felt so good afterward that I’ve already booked my next visit! I had a very good massage — the therapist was skilled, attentive, and really helped relieve my tension. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cold, but the therapist truly tried to keep me warm, which I appreciated. If the temperature were more comfortable, the experience would have been perfect.

I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

Amazing massage, already has loosened lots of very tight muscles on my right side in just one session. Booked again for next week.
