Although it was a little hectic in the salon, I understand they were extremely busy. Sonia was extremely professional, helpful and I was thrilled with the treatment. I’ve booked my review in 3 weeks but i definitely will be going back for more treatments!

I had my procedure done two weeks ago, and went back for my review today. Sonia has time for everyone, she takes time to look over the procedure that was done. She would do any touch ups if needed, what more can one ask for. Excellent and a big ✅ Many thanks Sonia💖🌹

I had a hydra facial at Haylands and it was amazing! Lovely, knowledgable therapist, made me feel at ease and gave the best shoulder massage. 10/10 experience.

4 stars because I didn’t get a hair wash included in the deal. I went with my hair unwashed i presumed it was. However, Lorna who cute my hair did a really good job I would go back and recommend her. Ended up having to pay for a dry blow dry on my unwashed hair I did feel Pressured to keep paying more it was a little uncomfortable and to be honest not very friendly. Good haircut though.

A wonderful massage overall, I felt super relaxed following and during. Some small details missing which I’m used to (and are usually standard): - therapist didn’t introduce her name or ask for mine, would have helped in making the experience a little more personal - massage was lovely but did feel a little rushed in places. Therapist didn’t do the same things to different sides (probably just a personal thing - I hate my body feeling uneven) - I’ve never before ended a massage and not been offered a glass of water. It felt rushed at the end which is a shame considering I felt so relaxed.

I booked my Hydrofacial with Rosie who runs the clinic and Lilly gave me the best HF I have ever had. Attention to details and care was amazing. Will definitely be back!

I went in with different shades of coloured hair and wasn't sure how to fix it, Kate did my colour correction and it was beautiful, just how I imagined it to look like. The colors looked fresh and complemented my complexion. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fabulous, friendly and quick service. Will be going back for my roots in the future. Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.

I had an amazing facial and back massage with Jenni today! I left feeling so relaxed and much lighter ,it honestly felt like all the tension I’d been carrying just melted away. Jenni has such a calm, caring energy and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole treatment. She’s very professional, everything was spotless, and you can tell she genuinely cares about both safety and her clients’ wellbeing. I felt so good afterward that I’ve already booked my next visit! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for real relaxation and great care.

I went into the clinic with a very stiff back and neck and had an amazing back and neck massage with Zaf. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. It was so relaxing and my back feels so much better now.

I recommend Natasha as she’s very professional and welcoming and guided me on how to maintain my hair. She gave me many future options on how to protect my hair and gave me such a lovely hair cut would happily come back again.
