From the moment I walked into a lovely treatment area I was made to feel so relaxed. Karmen really pulled out the stops with the range of tools and massage techniques finished with a soft blow dry. I loved how she used products and oils that matched my curly hair to help strengthen. Would recommend 100%

The Japanese scalp and hair treatment was a truly calming experience. The head massage was soothing, and the products left my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair soft and shiny. A peaceful and effective treatment—I’d definitely recommend it for some self-care time.

I was booked in for the Japanese Female Head Spa-Scalp & Hair Treatment today and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I'm noticing a bounce/lightness when walking. I don't think it's just because of the massage action on my soles. There's a noticeable looser feeling in my hips so that there's less stiffness when I'm moving. Hadn't realised how tight the area was. I can't believe how quick the effect is. Such a pleasant experience (3rd occasion). After my third lymphatic drainage massage, I have started to feel the difference. Also, the massages are excellent, just the right amount of 'pressure'. Parminder is a gentle masseur who definitely has the gift.

Carmen explained everything in detail and has given exemplary service. I was relaxed and enjoyed the facial, head spa but most especially the shoulder massage. Indeed great for stress relief.

Really good and relaxing facial! Loved the bed with enough pillows to make it comfortable for your back and neck! The products smelled really good and natural! Thankful for the massages in between of arms and neck! Would go back!
