Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

Thank you to Farah for my amazing treatments. I have chronic injuries/pain/stiffness in the body and I really needed this massage. Carly is amazing, so knowledgeable, friendly, patient and really takes her time to get the best end result for you. All appointments I’ve been to with her have been tailored to exactly what I need at that time, she’s fab. 100% the best Lymphatic drainage and sculpting I have had.

Booked a lymphatic drainage massage due to swelling in legs on Friday. Magda was very professional, knowledgeable and expert in technique. I can honestly say it's the most relaxing experience I've ever had. The products used were pleasantly fragrance and left my skin feeling soft and hydrated, not at all tacky like some treatments. It's now Monday and I pleased to say that the swelling appears to have improved significantly.

Wow, wow, wow. What a passionate team, full of knowledge and time for their patients. I had a cryo and a body massage and I left upset that they don’t offer services closer to me! I’d 100% go more often if only it wasn’t a few hours journey for me. If you’re wondering whether to try it, I say do it, do it for yourself. Great place!
