I completed the form and Rachael had looked into the surgeries I have had and adapted my treatment accordingly. I trusted her from the moment I walked in, as her persona just puts you at ease. Absolutely loved my Swedish and lymphatic massages today 😍 Lauren was so lovely and welcoming, and we got along so well which made the whole experience even more comfortable. Absolutely amazing experience with Lucy. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage, but after a thorough consultation she tailored the treatment to how I was feeling that day. She explained everything clearly, checked I was comfortable and focused on the areas that needed it most. The pressure was perfect and the heated blanket, calming music and oils made it so relaxing. Her aftercare was incredibly thoughtful and completely spot on. She even messaged me afterwards with her advice. No pushy sales, just genuine care. I left feeling calmer, lighter and will definitely return!

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Rachael at Brunell Harmony and absolutely loved it! I left feeling lighter, less bloated and so relaxed. Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the areas that needed more work and giving me great tips to continue at home. It was also her first day at the Wylde Green location within Therapy & Flow, and you’d never have known. Great location, fantastic value and I can’t wait to book again. Would highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lucy is just the loveliest human being, she was so gracious when I arrived very late due to travel issues (from Solihull) and gave me options in order to accommodate me so I didn't have a wasted journey. Not the best circumstances to arrive for a massage but Lucy helped me relax immediately. This was my second visit, a warm friendly welcome, Lucy worked her magic and my tension just melted away, a thoroughly relaxing experience with helpful aftercare advice. Highly recommend

I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment.
