I have just had the best full body massage I could hope for. Went in with intense pain and tension throughout my body. Farah did an assessment and worked on my whole body relieving pain and explaining why I was feeling this way in all the different muscles. She recommended exercises to help with sleep by relieving pain. I have come away floating and in a state of dreamy heavenly bliss and very much pain free and relaxed. There are not enough words for her genuine kindness, caring nature and those healing hands. Thanks again for taking care of this broken body

Bal was excellent. He assessed my posture and found the areas of concern with little prompting. I would definitely recommend Bal and will be returning for more treatments. It sounds rather dramatic, but it was probably the most effective massage and consultation I have received in many years. 5 stars.

Wow, wow, wow. What a passionate team, full of knowledge and time for their patients. I had a cryo and a body massage and I left upset that they don’t offer services closer to me! I’d 100% go more often if only it wasn’t a few hours journey for me. If you’re wondering whether to try it, I say do it, do it for yourself. Great place!

Always a 5 star massage

This was my first time having any type of massage and I cannot believe how well it went and how good I feel as a result of it. Balbinder starts by really diagnosing the issue and getting to understand your individual pain to make sure the procedures he performs are specifically tailored to isolate and sort the issue. The procedure itself is amazing and he really makes sure to put in time to ease out every knot. Really recommend this to anyone experiencing any sort of muscle pain.

Absolutely fantastic therapy session. A very thorough consultation to check posture and alignment issues. Throughout the whole process Bal ensured I was comfortable. A great massage too and I will be returning.
