Cryotherapy Centre pairs hands-on physical therapy with treatments such as sports massage and shockwave therapy. The therapist discusses the client’s concerns before treatment, targets areas such as shoulder knots, and adjusts massage pressure to suit their comfort; clients also mention cryotherapy and the hyperbaric chamber.

Daniel really paid attention to detail with the information which I provided in my pre-treatment consultation form and the conversation we had before treatment so that he could pinpoint the route cause of my issue. I feel so much better after my session! I was also given advice on how to fix the issue and prevent it from being an issue in the future. I was very impressed with his understainding of the body. I would definitely recommend.
