All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. I have been to a number of places across London for a lash lift and tint, but they do not come close to Emily. The clinic is gorgeous, Emily is always warm, friendly and attentive. She has an amazing attention to detail and knowledge on all things skin and beauty. I look forward to my appointments. All of my friends also go to Emily, I feel lucky to have found her. Thank you!

Genuinely the best facial I’ve ever had! I didn’t even realise but I had SO much tension in my jaw and I honestly walked out feeling as light as a feather! Didi was SO lovely, the most calm energy and so warm and open, at one point during the jaw massage I felt my whole body release and I honestly walked out floating! 10/10 can’t recommend enough I will be gifting this to all my friends and family it was amazing - thank you Didi 💛

Emily is extremely knowledgeable and has a tailored approach every single time. She takes time to listen and understand what you want to achieve and what your issues might be. Didi has created such a warm cocoon of a treatment room in which to receive an incredible facial experience. Her hands find tension and manage to soften, soothe and relax the fascia, muscles and nervous system. Smells from her potions and lotions delight the senses and she truly does magic. Go and find her in Merton Abbey Mills London highly recommended

The best facial ever!!! Didi works from the cutest space which felt warm and cosy and I felt so cared for. Every part of the facial was dreamy and the massages on shoulders and head are something I’ve never had in a facial it was to dieeee for! Highly recommend ❤️

My first lymphatic drainage, it was an unusual but really good experience. Again, I was made to feel very comfortable and Azra guided me every step of the way. She gave me a lot of instructions before and after, clearly she's an experienced professional. So far, all of my visits at the clinic have gone really well so would 100% recommend it!

Five stars are simply not enough to describe the feeling just moments into one of Didis facials! It is miraculous how grounded, rested, and restored I feel after a facial with Didi, this is not just a standard facial, you will genuinely feel like you’ve had a 2 week holiday after just 45 minutes. Didi also always takes time to give such personalised advice and aftercare. I cannot recommend Didi highly enough!

You always get a warm welcome and a lovely treat at Beyond Belief, I would highly recommend iit.
