I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

First time visiting and I was genuinely impressed. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Becky, which immediately set the tone. I booked a Hydro Glow Facial. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and Shannon took the time to explain each step, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. The salon is modern, spotless and has such a welcoming atmosphere it honestly felt like being at a friend’s house. I left feeling like my skin looked refreshed and glowing and the treatment was very reasonable priced. The goodie bag at the end was a really nice touch too.

I absolutely loved my treatment. The hospitality was amazing, and the way everything was discussed with me made me feel very comfortable and confident. She communicated with me at every step, explaining what she was doing and how it would help my skin. I can honestly see a glow already, and I feel much more confident after the treatment. 100/100 recommended, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your skin, this is the place to go.

Firstly can I just say, I was so impressed by how warm and inviting Rebecca and Shannon were upon arrival and throughout my treatment. I was very well informed and I felt they really cared about me. I had such a wonderful experience at this nail and beauty salon! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. I had a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow treatment, and a massage, and every treatment was carried out to the highest standard. Esme was absolutely amazing!
