I had both facial and laser treatments with Zafreen at Citrine Clinic and I’m so impressed with the whole experience. She is professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout. The clinic itself is spotless and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Sonia has been doing some treatment on me for about a year now in quite a delicate area it’s not her normal procedures at Flawless but she took it upon herself to help me out with my situation as I’ve mentioned in the past that my GP was on able to help with. And she came up with a solution of different treatments that we could try, unfortunately the laser treatment didn’t work as well as it could’ve done but it certainly made a little improvement. Anyway we tried a different technique yesterday and it was my last session with her and I’m very grateful . Thanks Sonia. X

Today, I had a chemical peel with Taiba, and it was a truly wonderful experience. I felt a bit nervous at first, but she talked me through every step of the process, which helped me relax. I’m really looking forward to seeing the results. Taiba is an excellent clinician—polite, friendly, and very reassuring. The receptionist, Armani, is also warm and welcoming. I genuinely enjoy visiting Laser Light Clinic because of their professionalism and kindness.

Marina is absolutely passionate and 100% around customers satisfaction, not been to a salon before that goes above and beyond, henna brows were perfectionally done, I've not had 1 brow for 2 years the hair had fallen out, the shape marina did was perfect for my face, and I was so happy seeing both brows equal now, I never leave reviews but honestly I was so impressed with professionalism and dedication from marina.
