Been going to Wax Pot London for just about 3 years. My hair removal journey has been fab, I got my last armpit wax January and it took 3 months for a decent amount of hair to grow back. I used to shave my stomach (led to a snail trail) I’ve only had 2 laser treatments and I have no more corse hair. Siobhan is amazing and sets a lovely n relaxing environment. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend Sonia highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really educate you about the treatments you are considering, explaining the benefits and whether they are genuinely suitable for your skin type. Her approach is very bespoke and client-focused, and you always feel that she has your best interests at heart. I completed a course of 3 PRP treatments with her and have already noticed that my hair feels much healthier and stronger. I have now started a course of polynucleotides (under eye) and I’m really looking forward to seeing the continued results.

Sonia has been doing some treatment on me for about a year now in quite a delicate area it’s not her normal procedures at Flawless but she took it upon herself to help me out with my situation as I’ve mentioned in the past that my GP was on able to help with. And she came up with a solution of different treatments that we could try, unfortunately the laser treatment didn’t work as well as it could’ve done but it certainly made a little improvement. Anyway we tried a different technique yesterday and it was my last session with her and I’m very grateful . Thanks Sonia. X

Today’s treatment was also part of a teaching session. I was asked if I would participate beforehand and I didn’t mind. The students were nice and obviously have to learn. My nerves were put to rest with Sonia’s professionalism and all off the staffs members kindness. The only thing I would say is to allow for extra time if you asked to be a client, as my treatment took 2 hours almost, which is a huge amount of time if you have other plans afterwards. Thankfully my hubby and I didn’t, so it was fine. Thank you Flawless ❤️
