Been going to Wax Pot London for just about 3 years. My hair removal journey has been fab, I got my last armpit wax January and it took 3 months for a decent amount of hair to grow back. I used to shave my stomach (led to a snail trail) I’ve only had 2 laser treatments and I have no more corse hair. Siobhan is amazing and sets a lovely n relaxing environment. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved my Korean skincare facial today at Sarah artistry clinic in London, South woodfood branch. Sadia took care of me and it was a lovely experience. Very professional and she told me each stage of the facial what she was doing. She took my skin concerns into consideration. Definitely recommend. Sonia has been doing some treatment on me for about a year now in quite a delicate area it’s not her normal procedures at Flawless but she took it upon herself to help me out with my situation as I’ve mentioned in the past that my GP was on able to help with. And she came up with a solution of different treatments that we could try, unfortunately the laser treatment didn’t work as well as it could’ve done but it certainly made a little improvement. Anyway we tried a different technique yesterday and it was my last session with her and I’m very grateful . Thanks Sonia. X

Vera is by far one of the best beauty technicians that I have ever had!! Love her precise technique at so many of the facials and microneedling sessions that I have booked with her.

Eva is amazing I love, love, love my eyebrows. I didn't have any eyebrows and it's made a massive difference. I Had combination eyebrows. Eva listens to what you want and gives good advice. I also had lip blush done 6 weeks ago and went for top up its brilliant, no need for lipstick now. My final treatment was to have permanent eye liner, very happy with result as I wanted a subtle effect. Thank you Eva for your patience and expertise and for making me feel so comfortable.

The entire procedure was done exceptionally well. I was well informed about the entire process. I am looking forward to my next session.

Today’s treatment was also part of a teaching session. I was asked if I would participate beforehand and I didn’t mind. The students were nice and obviously have to learn. My nerves were put to rest with Sonia’s professionalism and all off the staffs members kindness. The only thing I would say is to allow for extra time if you asked to be a client, as my treatment took 2 hours almost, which is a huge amount of time if you have other plans afterwards. Thankfully my hubby and I didn’t, so it was fine. Thank you Flawless ❤️
