Amazing service with high quality laser machine and I want to say thank you Miss Eva your for excellent job.

My visit today included carbon laser peel (face) and Brow top up. As always excellent results. Laser treatment was painless, comfortable and exactly as explained. No surprise moments. Brows was my I believe 4th or 5th so can't really say anything but always return. Thank you Eva

My experience with both Saaida and Sarah has been flawless. I initially had a number of questions and reservations regarding laser hair removal and due to my health conditions, needed reassurance. Sarah was flexible, professional and very likeable. Always a smile! Saaida patient, understanding and made me feel at ease immediately. I have not shown my body for a couple of years so the idea of her seeing me made me feel apologetic! She was incredibly kind and cushioning throughout each experience. Wonderfull experience

A lovely clinic and very polite, professional staff. The clinic was clean and even the chair was noticeably relaxing and comfortable, adding to the overall aesthetics. It was already very busy for 10am, the only thing I would say is that when booking an hour long treatment, I assumed the actual treatment duration would be the full hour, but some of the time was utilised for the consultation at the start and feedback at the end, so in effect less than an hour. However, staff seem knowledgable and very kind and I would happily visit again.

Sonia has been doing some treatment on me for about a year now in quite a delicate area it’s not her normal procedures at Flawless but she took it upon herself to help me out with my situation as I’ve mentioned in the past that my GP was on able to help with. And she came up with a solution of different treatments that we could try, unfortunately the laser treatment didn’t work as well as it could’ve done but it certainly made a little improvement. Anyway we tried a different technique yesterday and it was my last session with her and I’m very grateful . Thanks Sonia. X
