Been going to Wax Pot London for just about 3 years. My hair removal journey has been fab, I got my last armpit wax January and it took 3 months for a decent amount of hair to grow back. I used to shave my stomach (led to a snail trail) I’ve only had 2 laser treatments and I have no more corse hair. Siobhan is amazing and sets a lovely n relaxing environment. Highly recommend

The only place I will go in London for waxes. Siobhan is the loveliest and most diligent, always making sure she gets every last hair. No mean feat as my hair is super hair and almost invisible!

Wax pot is my go to place for a Hollywood. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I have found this lovely place. They consistently provide the best service, making sure all hair is gone, pain free. They are all really friendly lovely people. I feel like I’m catching up with a friend when I visit.

Great experience once again, as usual a warm welcome from the team. This time I had my first session of laser hair removal, Federica is very attentive on explaining the process and procedures before and after treatment. Did not feel any pain. Looking forward to see the results and book in my second session. Definitely recommend!

Sonia has been doing some treatment on me for about a year now in quite a delicate area it’s not her normal procedures at Flawless but she took it upon herself to help me out with my situation as I’ve mentioned in the past that my GP was on able to help with. And she came up with a solution of different treatments that we could try, unfortunately the laser treatment didn’t work as well as it could’ve done but it certainly made a little improvement. Anyway we tried a different technique yesterday and it was my last session with her and I’m very grateful . Thanks Sonia. X

My experience with both Saaida and Sarah has been flawless. I initially had a number of questions and reservations regarding laser hair removal and due to my health conditions, needed reassurance. A lovely clinic and very polite, professional staff. The clinic was clean and even the chair was noticeably relaxing and comfortable, adding to the overall aesthetics. It was already very busy for 10am, the only thing I would say is that when booking an hour long treatment, I assumed the actual treatment duration would be the full hour, but some of the time was utilised for the consultation at the start and feedback at the end, so in effect less than an hour. However, staff seem knowledgable and very kind and I would happily visit again.

First time visit to the salon. Sonya and Vera were both very pleasant to deal with, they were friendly and professional. I had laser treatment on the face and was happy with the way this treatment was carried out.

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.
