Been going to Wax Pot London for just about 3 years. My hair removal journey has been fab, I got my last armpit wax January and it took 3 months for a decent amount of hair to grow back. I used to shave my stomach (led to a snail trail) I’ve only had 2 laser treatments and I have no more corse hair. Siobhan is amazing and sets a lovely n relaxing environment. Highly recommend

I had my first laser session today to remove my tattoo, and I just wanted to say how great the experience was. The technician who did the procedure was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and her kind and professional attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate the care and attention she provided

This beauty bar is amazing, clean with great customer service. I’m doing laser hair removal and I’m always looking forward to visiting the beauty bar again. In terms of the laser hair removal it’s very minor pain almost painless and gets the job done 10/10 !!

Excellent as always! Bianca always provides the best customer service and makes you feel comfortable, calm and relaxed. The room is clean and peaceful, and the service she provides is always immaculate. I always fall asleep in her chair, which is testament to how delicate her hands are! Will be here again in 2 weeks for more services :)

This time I had my first session of laser hair removal, Federica is very attentive on explaining the process and procedures before and after treatment. Did not feel any pain. A lovely clinic and very polite, professional staff. The clinic was clean and even the chair was noticeably relaxing and comfortable, adding to the overall aesthetics. It was already very busy for 10am, the only thing I would say is that when booking an hour long treatment, I assumed the actual treatment duration would be the full hour, but some of the time was utilised for the consultation at the start and feedback at the end, so in effect less than an hour. However, staff seem knowledgable and very kind and I would happily visit again.
