It is so lovely to find a place where every one is so professional, highly skilled and customer service is impeccable! I came today got hair extensions with Dionne she is the best in London her technique, her hair and just her! Monica did my blow dry after beautifully ! And Mawra did my nails I feel pampered listened to it was like a fun day out! Highly recommend as it saves time being able to do every thing together and the salon is stunning!

I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. Laser sessions with Tara is a game-changer - the best experience I've had with laser hair removal by far. She provides a service that is much more tailored to the specific client's needs than the laser chains. I would recommend investing your time and money with this clinic before paying for mediocre sessions at the bigger chains.

Don't look anywhere else for electrolysis hair removal in London! Ewa is the best of the best - as well as being super knowledgeable in her field she is also really friendly, kind and patient. This was my first time at the salon and having a head spa treatment. It was lush! I booked pretty last minute and they were able to fit me in and the therapist was so lovely and explained the whole process. The price for treatment is on par with other salons in London so that was good. It was so relaxing and needed, naturally I fell asleep. Will definitely return. Thank you

Great experience at Apple and Eve as always. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa.
