Great service. Staff were all nice and friendly. I had a take down, deep conditioning, and sew in. Since I wear hijab, I needed privacy. They have a “halal room” just for this. It was like a mini studio with 3 stations and a wash bowl. I will definitely return whenever I’m in town.

Loved it, Victoria is such a good stylist. Very respectful and she handled my hair with care. The salon is always clean, you can just tell they care about the business. See you in two weeks.

While the quality of the service itself was good, I was very disappointed by the lack of pricing transparency. I booked through Fresha and received a confirmation for a specific total. However, after the service was completed, I was charged double the amount stated in my booking. I wasn't informed of any price increase upon arrival or during the appointment. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or explanation—I was simply expected to pay the difference. It’s unfair to misrepresent prices online, and I hope the management updates Fresha to avoid misleading future clients.

I reached out just a day before to ask if they could do an express wig laundry and full wigging service, including changing my frontal and revamping another wig. They were super responsive and accommodating. My wig was ready in exactly 24 hours, and it came out absolutely perfect. They were very patient, took proper measurements of my head, and the overall service was impeccable. I had zero regrets and I highly recommend them 100% without hesitation.

Very nice salon clean with a luxurious feel. Staff were attentive to our hair needs..Victoria was detailed in explaining services offered. Joke , the manager was very hospitable overseeing the team with great efficiency. Will definitely come back. Thanks guys

My hair care was very gentle. A joke was polite throughout while being super gentle and constantly telling me what was being done so I don't feel confused. All in all, it was a 💯 experience.

The service was great. Sofiat was excellent and so friendly. She made sure she carried me along through all the process. Also your front desk team is excellent. Love that they are so friendly and accommodating. The appointment and booking process was seamless too. They are always able to get me in and attend to me. I have been coming to KLS for almost a decade now and I recommend it to all my Friends and Family whenever they come into town

I got there in time and the service started almost immediately which is rare for most establishments in Lagos. I went in for mini twists and a scalp treatment and it was top notch. The only thing I didn’t like was the unprofessional attitude of some of the staffs and it should be looked into. Whenever there are disagreements between staff members I believe that it should be handled privately and not in presence of customers as it creates an awkward atmosphere.

The hairstyle was unique that they named it after me which is nice. I was encouraged to try something new, and I don't regret it. I am more impressed with the hair treatment I received it wad catered to the condition of my hair at that moment. I suggest that the salon should have a loyal royalty voucher for reoccurring clients it would encourage more visits back to the salon and to consider playing music in the background for ambience to create more of a relaxing atmosphere

I’ve been using KLS since September 2024 for bi-weekly hair treatment. My hair came in dry with very flaky scalp but now it’s more lush than it has been in years. The flaky scalp has drastically reduced. Beyond this, their customer service is top notch. They are kind and always willing to help. My stylist, Grace is excellent. She knows what she is doing and she is always open to listen to me to get exactly what I want. I’m really happy I chose KLS and I hope the experience stays top-notch!

Overall its good and staff are warm and welcoming. Not rated 5 because my pre appointment email was not sent after two weeks of the page handlerbon Instagram promising to send it . And on getting to the facility at 9.07am , no stylist was on ground except the cleaner who in fairness gave a good reception. My appointment was not also confirmed to the branch . I had to send another reminder on Instagram.
