When I came to twin my hair was damaged from a beautician in my town ( I don’t live in Chicago). I noticed that my hair wasn’t growing. I went back to twin and she got my hair straight. Thank you. My hair is now getting stronger and longer.

Barbara did a good job checking in with me on size and length of the twist but she did give me regular twists instead of the knotless that I requested and paid for (even though I confirmed twice that I was getting knotless). (I didn't notice until now). The style is still super cute and super neat though! And she did a great job!

Jacinta is always so professional ive been to her about 4 or 5 times now and i have no compalints. Shes easy to talk to, her appointments run on time and she gets you in and out. The drina twist. I got this time are perfect!

Excellent work! She even took the time to let me know that the size I originally wanted wouldn't give the full look I was going for and made the necessary adjustment for me. I truly appreciated her honesty and professionalism—she wanted to make sure the final result looked great instead of just giving me what I asked for. Her attention to detail and customer care really stood out. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back!

I went in originally thinking I would get knotless boho braids, but after my stylist KE evaluated my hair especially the breakage in the back she recommended small box braids instead. I was a little hesitant at first because I really wanted the knotless look, but I’m so glad I trusted her . The braids came out incredibly neat and seamless. The knots are so small they almost look like knotless braids anyway. She was very fast and efficient despite getting small braids I was in and out in about 5 hours. I’m really grateful I found KE She was professional, honest about what my hair needed 10/10

Ke is the bomb.com! Always so pleasant and friendly as well as helpful. She takes her time but she is quick with her fingers. My second leave out sew in with her and she never disappoints!!!

As a dual beauty supply store and Hair Braiding salon I’m satisfied with this establishment and their staff. I’ve been getting my hair braided here a little over 3 years and have yet to have a problem. I normally book first am appointments. Always greeted with respect and before they begin their day, they pray first. Book online through their Fresha app to avoid any confusion. There is a deposit required and applied towards your total balance. They are hardworking and get you in and out as quickly as possible as they each complete two or more heads each shift. Prices are reasonable.

This is my second time working with Ke and I’ll choose her every time! She’s kind and personable and FAST! Both times I’ve gotten small braids and have been out in about 3 hours! She’s really the best!

Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing. Will definitely keep them in mind and even visit next time I’m in Chicago because we’re besties now.

In This was my first time at Chi Hair. Melody was my technician and did an exceptional job in washing and conditioning and blow drying my hair. I was rather skeptical because my hair tangles so bad. I wanted to give 3 stars but the stylist that braids my hair always does a good job. What I didn't like and perhaps I missed it on their new booking site, but there is a $5 service fee that comes out of your deposit. I get a credit card fee but $5 didn't sit well with me.
