Today was my first visit to this salon. It is located one block off of Oxford street. From start to finish - My needs and expectations were exceptionally well met. I love my hair. The job was done within the four hours. I am happy that I received exact style requested. There were no negatives and recommendations for change. Lovely service by Rashida from start to finish! I loved it!!!!!! She did beautiful two strand twists as the style, trimmed my hair wet, did a protein treatment, and washed my hair; it was so relaxing and soothing! I highly highly recommend!!!!!!

Always professional, I enjoy going here to get my hair braided. The fact that they don't apply heat to your hair to prep for braiding is also very important.

Twist and Locs is excellent at handling natural hair. I have enjoyed the service thoroughly. As a person with extremely thick hair, I’ve had to endure the torture of traditional salons pulling at my roots and then telling me to perm or texturize. This has been the most bearable, and dare I say, most wonderful experience. As I speak, I’m induced by the sweet minty burn on my scalp and the scented of their conditioner in my twists. The fact that price is fixed beforehand is a plus for the kind of hair I have. And the staff are so fun. Mabel (my fellow Reggae fan) has such a soft touch.

Listen, REGINA was her name. Magic Hands is what she really should go by. She washed my hair and scratched my scalped better than I could have requested. Then she whipped up a style that was based on two pictures I showed her. I HIGHLY recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a great experience. I had made an appointment to get passion twists but ended up getting small box braids, instead, with a pretty shade of silvery salt and pepper. Braids were beautiful done by a team of braiders led by Rita. It took less than 3 hours.:)

All staff members were so welcoming and took great care of me. They really knew how to take care of my hair with little to no tension to it. The detangling process was the best I have had in a long time and so quick. My knotless braids came out beautifully! Thank you!

Awesome, Ashley really knows how to get the best out of your hair and make you look and feel fabulous 👏🏾. Her hand is so light that you could almost drop off to sleep whilst she's working her wonders.

The service was absolutely amazing and I love my hair. I also got my nails done and the nail tech gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to go back!

My experience with Ashley was the best i have ever had in my entire life, this is not to exaggerate but her service is the best. I have natural hair and have had bad experiences with hair stylists but the care she gave to my hair is what I wish all hair stylists have. She was very patient and i enjoyed every process. Trust that you will enjoy your appointment when you book one too.
