Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I've been in today for a hair colouring, wash & blow-dry and I'm very satisfied with the result. I didn't expect any surprises on the colour as that is pretty standard :) but Vencel was very diligent with everything so my hair is now coloured uniformly and it looks very good from the blow-drying as well. He's also been a very good chat companion so all in all, great experience today, just like the previous ones :) I'm starting to get accustomed to only great experiences over at your salon :) Thanks again and Have a lovely rest of the week, Monica

Excellent as usual. Pleased to see getting tidier looking in there. No crumbling wall at reception. Hope they change the poo colour on the walls. Just to make the experience better.

She has made my hair look lovely, Took lots of time and made the extra effort, I live in Devon But when I need a blow dry in Coventry , she is the lady if you have challenging hair .

Very positive and good probably the best hairdressers in Coventry.

Staff always welcoming, pleasant, helpful and chatty. My pedicure was exactly what l wanted. Great care was given throughout the process, plus a soak in foot cream to make my feet nice and soft and lastly asking me about the specific colour gel that l wanted. Thanks very much. Susan

I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic expericence and we will definietly be returning in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Having recently moved to Coventry I didn’t know where to start for my hair and eye brows ! Now I will not go anywhere else :)

Monica excellent and makes the experience good. BUT decor is very poor. Looks unfinished everywhere yucky brown walls. Doorway uninviting. Staff are pleasant and friendly just the building lets it down. Could do with painting the walls in a nice bright colour. Would make the effort to keep going worthwhile. Going to a salon should be a pamper experience unfortunately that’s not what the building makes you feel.

I had Jake to colour and cut my hair. He was really friendly and chatty. I was really impressed with his knowledge on all things to do with hair. He put me at my ease and I was truly pampered, especially with the massage chair while having my hair washed. Great experience and I would definitely recommend Jake to do your hair.

Im new in Coventry and thought i would try V & G hair salon so hubby could have a coffee while he waited. Violet cut my hair i like it short and she did an amazing job so so happy not many people know how i like my hair cut and for my first time she did an amazing job she is such a lovely woman and will definitely be back again.

I love my new hair, I got it dyed red which has been my dream for ages. It looks perfect and my curls feel no different after the lightening process. I especially love the salon music choices!
