Had a wonderful balayage hair appointment at the Colour Loft Liverpool during a busy Thursday night. The talented ladies Jwana and Reeam did my hair remarkably! My first time at lash and brow Avenue and it was an amazing experience. Maya was so kind and gentle throughout, made sure to explain everything, ask what my preferences were and I was relaxed the whole way through. My brows turned out amazing and I am really happy with the service of brow laminate, hybrid dye and shape and my added treat of eye mask during my session. I had the pleasure of having Rita do my hair and I was so pleased she was able to give me a natural brown with no red - I usually never am able to get that red tinge out of my hair so I was over the moon when I saw the colour. She also put in highlights that ended up looking great, very very pleased
