Thank you so much for fitting me in on short notice. The root touch-up turned out amazing. Olivia did a fantastic job with the application, and Stefanie is incredibly talented, especially when it comes to colour. She estimated the colour perfectly even though I was a first-time customer, and the result blends beautifully. On top of that, the atmosphere in the salon is very warm and almost familiar. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. I wholeheartedly recommend the salon.

First time experience at Stefanie Napoleone Hair - the salon is fresh, minimal and has stunning natural light with nice views of surrounding trees. Olivia was knowledgeable and customer service oriented, consulted with Stefanie (who cut my hair) on colour and was a star throughout. I needed to have my hair urgently coloured and cut whilst on my trip to sydney as it was way overdue. Ashleigh Maree understood exactly what I wanted and seamlessly did a wonderful job! It was such a pleasant and relaxing experience. Would highly recommend. Ashleigh is definitely my go to hairdresser whenever I visit family in Sydney!

My skin and hair felt amazing after the experience but also the next day! I was half asleep during the experience at a point there, which speaks levels of relaxation. I just wished I had grabbed some of the skin moisturiser that they used at the end of the treatment (if any was available to buy). Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back when I’m in Sydney again 😊💗

I'm so thrilled with my hair and Tamie-Lee gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and that's truely saying alot considering my hair always goes brassy and is thick and unruely. For the first time, I have a creamy blonde AT my roots and not just my ends and also I don't have a dark ash toner that needs to be washed out before the colour is blonde. My hair is perfect now. She is a professional and I highly recommend 🥰

I had my hair coloured by AJ and couldn’t be happier with the results! The service was professional, the colour turned out beautifully, and it was great value for money. AJ really knows what they’re doing and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend AJ to anyone looking for quality hair care and great results.

Although AJ couldn’t be there today Ahmed did a very good job at colouring and blowing my hair. He was also very helpful in anything else I needed.

Lovely atmoshere, and very clean. I booked in for an eyebrow and eyelash tint. The whole experience was amazing! Sophia took the time to ask questions prior to the treatment, and checked in a couple of times to ensure I was happy with my eyebrows. The outcome was exactly what I wanted. My eyebrows look much fuller and the colour suggested was a perfect match (brown) suited my skin tone. I can now go without mascara for some time. The treatment bed is so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Definitely coming back.
