This is without a doubt the best salon in Bournemouth. I get a lot of compliments on my cut since I discovered Redlocks. Paula is so professional, very experienced and really listens to her clients.

Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

Paula was so lovely. My first time coming here/ finding a hairdresser in Bournemouth to go. I’ve always been scared to try somewhere new. However, the minute I went there it was perfect. I love all the flowers and decorations in Redlocks, I think it’s really nicely designed and everyone is so welcoming. One of the best haircuts and dye that I’ve had and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be coming back here when it needs doing again x I really love it thank you🩷

Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

There is nothing I can say that will truly explain how amazing Ell is! From consultation to appointment, everything exceeded my expectations. I went in for balayage and extensions and she went above and beyond to make sure I left more than over the moon with the results. Both my daughters are also her clients. Excellent customer service, very friendly and chatty. I am delighted. Next appointment rebooted for December. Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

Hair is perfect! I decided I wanted to change things up and add a little more brown to my balayage but not make it too dark and Michael did it exactly as imagined! To top it off I even got treated to a homemade caramel iced latte and a head massage, so no complaints here!
