As someone who already works with other extension methods, I was really impressed by how well planned & in-depth the training was. Cerys took her time to cover every aspect of extensions, & her knowledge of different brands, methods, & tools was truly impressive. She explained everything clearly & made sure I fully understood each part of the process before moving on. I left feeling confident & supported, knowing I had gained valuable skills & knowledge. I had hair Botox with Vicki, and a consultation for extensions. Vicki explained the process thoroughly before starting, and checked in with me throughout. I did the hair extension course yesterday and it was amazing! Cerys is so knowledgeable and always made sure I understood each part before moving on. The training manual and certificate are so well made and the information about starting a business and social media page was invaluable. The day was very casual and comfortable and Cerys was wary of not putting her students under pressure. I’be been going to Zoe for almost 3 years now, and I would never look back. If someone would pay me to get my hair extensions done elsewhere, I would kindly refuse them. It basically feels like you are meeting your bestie for coffee and gossip. And when that’s over, cherry on top you leave with fantastic hair. I always had thin and rare hair, so being complemented about my hair was never a thing. Well, it seems to be one of the first things people notice about me now. I honestly can’t recommend my hairdresser enough she is absolutely amazing! She does the best blonde every single time, and my hair has never looked better. The tone is always perfect, bright, and exactly what I ask for. Her extensions are incredible too they blend seamlessly and look flawless every time. The quality and finish are just next level. On top of that, the service is always fantastic. She makes sure you’re comfortable and happy throughout the whole appointment and checks in every step of the way to make sure you’re 100% okay with how your hair is looking. Deffo recommend ❤️

Excellent service and I would highly recommend Monika to anybody who is looking to get their lashes done as she takes her time to make sure everything is perfect as well as making sure she keeps the integrity of your lashes in mind when consulting about what you would like so you don’t end up with damaged lashes like some of the places I’ve been to before, highly recommend best lashes extensions I’ve ever had ( I’ve been to quite a few places)
