Leah firstly is really lovely. But for me, so helpful when ive never had my brows or lashes done. We talked through what was best for me for what I wanted. Then when I went for my appointment she was very kind and talked me through what she was doing and if I may feel any discomfort. And the outcome, I couldn't be happier.
