She asked me lots of questions about my hair and explained the process she was going to take. I am very happy with the result and my hair feels refreshed. Brilliant service from start to finish. Jahnay was very professional and very friendly. It was my first time having braids in a salon and Jahnay explained what to expect, we discussed what hairstyle I would like to my preference and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the period that she braided my hair. I love my hairstyle, lovely relaxed salon, friendly environment and reasonably priced. I would recommend!
