At my appointment, she washed, treated, and meticulously groomed every microlock with incredible care and patience. Her knowledge and passion for healthy hair are outstanding. Honestly the best hair salon experience I’ve had. Nita took time to explain the steps of the treatment and had so much patience to answer all my questions. Every time I visit, I’m reminded of what excellent hair care looks like in my community. Over the years, I’ve been to some decent salons and quite a few bad ones, but The One Couture experience ticks all my boxes. The staff are warm and welcoming, and my hair and scalp are always treated with genuine knowledge and skill. This is clearly more than just a business, they truly care about your hair AND about you!

My hairdressers appointment is like visiting a friend, looking haggered, having a counselling session, a friendly chat a head massage a relaxing drink (non alcholic unless you sneak in your own),( nearly fell asleep) session; and I come out looking great, feeling like all eyes are on me and if they are not they should be.
